The Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges Board of Directors is vested with the responsibility of establishing the policies and direction of the Association. This includes planning, formulating and approving long-range goals and operating procedures, forming collaborations with other community organizations, adopting and monitoring the Association’s operating budget and financial development. The Association operates through five branches, and each branch is run by a Board of Managers, who is responsible for seeing that the policies of the Board of Directors are carried out at the branch level, as well as for developing programs and support in their specific communities. “Our YMCA has a long and distinguished history of providing services and programs to the communities we serve. Our success is due in large part to the efforts of our directors and managers, who give fully and enthusiastically, their time and expertise,” said Richard K.
