Give To The Y
"When I lost my job, I had no idea how I was going to be able to watch my daughter and look for a new job. Thanks to the YMCA, I was able to keep my daughter safe and happy, and I was able to get a new job after three months. There is no way I could have done it with the wonderful people at the YMCA."

Your cash donation can be designated to support a specific center or program, or simply be applied to the greatest need - it's your choice. Why not sponsor a week of summer camp for a child who would otherwise not be able to enjoy that great childhood summer memory? View Brochure>

Our strength comes from your support. There are multiple ways to help support your local Y. Get involved today and help us make a difference in your community.
The generosity of others is at the core of our existence. It is only through the support of our hundreds of thousands of volunteers and public and private donors that we are able to give back to the communities we serve.
When you give to the Y, you continue to strengthen our community and move us all forward. As the nation's leading nonprofit for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility, the Y uses your gift to make a meaningful, enduring impact right in our own backyard.
Your support helps the Y deliver on our commitment:
- To nurture the potential of youth through building confidence at camp, academic enrichment in safe afterschool programs, or foundational skills and values in our child care programs.
- To improve the nation’s health and well-being through combating obesity and chronic disease by providing the support and resources people need to make positive change.
- To give back and support our neighbors by empowering people with the resources to improve their lives and connect and contribute to the community, such as with job training, housing, newcomer services, and opportunities to advocate for social change.
- To offer programs and services to children, adults and families who need financial assistance.

Typically, the employer will make a modest gift (up to $500) if an employee volunteers a given number (typically 50) hours to the YMCA. The employer will ask the YMCA to verify your volunteer hours.
