POUND WORKOUT (Ages 16+)
Instructor, Dionne Scott, certified Pound Pro Instructor
It's the cardio-toning class that is sweeping the nation! POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way while rocking out to your favorite music! It's to follow and not complex or embarrassing. Try it and you’ll soon be addicted.

MAT PILATES − (Ages 16+)
An open-level class in the strengthening core exercises of Joseph Pilates. This is perfect for developing core muscles through focused, centered, controlled, conditioning. Learn the correct positioning for safety and effective movement. Class size is limited.

PILATES INSTRUCTION in the Joseph Pilates Classic Method (Ages 18+)
One-on-one individual hour sessions in Mat and on the reformer, tower, and ladder barrel. Each session is tailored to individual physical capabilities. Strengthen and lengthen your muscles, improve posture, and insure your body to function at its best. Experience a healthier lifestyle and make positive changes in body and mind. Find a partner and enjoy a duet session for the same price.

ZUMBA® (Ages 18+)
Join in on this fun and exciting class! Certified Zumba instructors Carole Smith and Dionne Colon's high energy and enthusiasm are contagious and will help you get in great shape, relieve stress and burn calories - while having a blast! The Zumba® program fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. All levels welcome, you don’t have to be a good dancer to do this class. Must be 18 years or older.
