Our adult exercise classes and sports programs promote fitness and well-being while fostering community. Make new friends, increase your self-confidence and improve your spiritual, mental and physical health. Now we offer an easy drop-in program where no membership is required for these four Adult Classes.
Y DIABETES PREVENTION PROGRAM (AGES 18+)
The YMCA's Diabetes Prevention Program helps individuals at high risk adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle to reduce chances of developing Type 2 Diabetes. CARDIO KICKBOXING (18 & up)
Feel great with this all-over, stress-busting workout! This one hour class begins with a fun, heart-pumping, cardio kickboxing segment, followed by strength & toning on the mat. Appropriate for all fitness and skill levels. Must be 18 years of age or older.

ADULT BASKETBALL - Open Court (18 & Up)
Adult recreational 4x4 pick-up games. Must be among the first 16 people to play.

ZUMBA® (18 & up)
Come participate in this fun and exciting class. Certified Zumba instructors Carole Smith and Dionne Colon's high energy and enthusiasm are contagious and will help you get in great shape, relieve stress and burn calories - while having a blast. The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. All levels welcome, you don’t have to be a good dancer to do this class, must be 18 years of age or older.
