ABS EXPRESS (Sat 9:25am)
A quick class to strengthen your core.


ADVANCED KETTLEBELL (Tues 7pm)
Kettlebell to the next level. This is an intense class that increases your fitness level through the use of kettle bells.


ACTIVE ADULT FEELING FIT(Thur 11am)
A low intensity, low impact class for cardiovascular and muscular conditioning. A great way for Active Adults to keep fit!


ACTIVE ADULT TONING (Tues 10am)
Stretching and toning for increased flexibility, range of motion and strength.


BETTER BALANCE(Wed 2pm)

This class is designed for those with muscular impairments from stroke, MS, polio , MD or other causes. You will learn exercises that will help improve balance.


BODY SHOCK(Thurs 6pm)
Shock your body in a high intensity interval training class, plyoemtics, strength and cardio.


BODY FUSHION (Fri 9am)
Hard core circuit strength class that utilizes an array of equipment as well as your own body weight.


CARDIO KICKBOXING (Mon 6:30pm)
A fun and upbeat cardio workout blending kicks, punches, jabs and calisthenics. This class will improve your endurance, balance and muscle tone.


CARDIO STEP (Mon 9am ,Wed 10am)
Improve cardiovascular endurance, coordination and balance during Cardio Step classes.


CARDIO PUMP (Tues 9am; Sun 10am)
A full body workout that combines intervals of cardiovascular conditioning with strength training exercises. Weights, tubing, bars, steps and balls are incorporated into this energizing class.


CHAIR YOGA (Mon 11am; Wed 11am: Fri 11am)
Yoga modified for those who find getting on and off the floor difficult. A chair is used for assistance and support.


CHAIR ZUMBA MS® (Fri 11am)
Zumba modified for those who have MS, balance disorders or want a safe way to experience a fun latin inspired Zumba class.
A physician clearance form required. See Welcome Center.


CORE BLAST (Tues 6:30pm)
Includes abdominal, oblique, upper and lower back strengthening exercises, to build a tight core.


FAMILY YOGA (Sun 11am)

A great way to introduce the whole family to yoga while staying together, going into poses, breathing, stretching and relaxing.­


KETTLEBELL PLUS (Thurs 10am)
Utilize kettlebells and other equipment for a great total body workout.


LOW IMPACT INTERVAL (Tues 5:30pm)
Enjoy a mix of low-impact, high-intensity, perfect for those who want to work out without heavy impact. Move through a circuit of strength and cardio conditioning exercises for your whole body.


PILATES (Tues 9am & 6pm: Thurs 9am)
A mat based class that focuses on strengthening your core muscles through disciplined movements and controlled breathing.


RAISE THE BAR (Wed 5:30pm)
Take your fitness to a new level using body bars for a full body workout.


SENTAO ® (Fri 6:00pm)
Grab a chair, feel the beat and learn how to use your own body weight to enhance muscle strength, improve definition and endurance, and tone your physique. Strut, shake and shimmy as you work your core (and work the chair) in a high-energy fitness-party that will keep you on the edge of your seat!


SCULPT (Mon 5:30pm )
A full body workout using resistance to strengthen your muscles.


SPIN ® (Mon 10am; Tues 8am & 7:15pm, Wed 6:30pm; Thur 8am; Fri 10am; Sat 8:30am;Sun 9:00am )

Improve your cardiovascular endurance by cycling. Instructors use a variety of music to create a ride that will keep you motivated and your heart pumping. Class sizes are limited; bikes are first come, first serve, tickets available 30 minutes prior to the start of each class at the Welcome Center.


SPIN ® AND SCULPT (Fri 10am)
An intense cardio workout followed by resistance training for toning.


SPIN ® AND YOGA (Mon 4:30pm)
Begin with a great cardio workout ,end finding your inner peace.


20/20 (Thurs 9am)
Mix up your workout, sculpt, cycle, cardio and more.


TAI CHI  (Wed 9am)
Tai Chi is a set of movements completely focused on the development of an intrinsic energy called Chi. Expanding our creativity and awareness, promoting longevity and bettering the quality of our lives, improving our balance, flexibility, and stamina.


TURBO SCULPT (Wed7:30pm;)
A challenging combination of self body resistance and weights.


YOGA  (Mon 6:15am,10am & 7:30pm; Tues 10am; Wed 10am & 6pm, Thur 10am & 8pm, Fri 9am)
A stretching class which includes learning technical Yoga postures, breathing, and complete relaxation at the end of each session. Great for mind, body and soul.


YOGA / PILATES (Sat 10am)

Pilates and Yoga combined to build a strong core with the benefits of flexibility.


 ZUMBA ® (Mon 7pm & 8pm: Wed 9am; 4:30pm & 7pm; Thur 7pm: Fri 7pm)
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Join the party.


 ZUMBA GOLD® (Wed 12pm, Fri 10am)
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness created just for Active Adults who want to join the party on a softer note. Join the Party.


ADULT FITNESS SWIM Coached swim sessions ideal for triathletes or fitness swimmers looking to improve their endurance and strokes.

CONTACT KICKBOXING (Ages 12-Adult) Combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and Muay Thai, in an intense workout to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Learn the proper forms for punches and kicks with the use of professional kick pads.

Facility Member: $80 one day a week Monthly draft for both days $50 per person, add a family member for additional $35 per month. Program Member: $120


TRX® SUSPENSION TRAINING® Build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. This class is appropriate for all levels.

X-TREME FIT (Ages 16+) Rain or Shine outdoor class! An intense combination of cardiovascular, sports conditioning drills and military-style training. Be prepared to lose weight and increase strength and endurance. Monday 8:30-9:15am
