ACTIVE ADULT FEELING FIT

A low intensity, low impact class for cardiovascular and muscular conditioning. A great way for Active Adults to keep fit!


ACTIVE ADULT TONING
Stretching and toning for increased flexibility, range of motion and strength.


AQUA ZUMBA®
Jump in- a challenging water-based workout that integrates the Zumba® formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness discipline.


BETTER BALANCE
This class is designed for those with muscular impairments from stroke, MS, polio , MD or other causes. You will learn exercises that will help improve balance.


CARDIO KICKBOXING 
A fun and upbeat cardio workout blending kicks, punches, jabs and calisthenics. This class will improve your endurance, balance and muscle tone.


CARDIO PUMP 
A full body workout that combines intervals of cardiovascular conditioning with strength training exercises. Weights, tubing, bars, steps and balls are incorporated into this energizing class.


CHAIR YOGA 
Yoga modified for those who find getting on and off the floor difficult. A chair is used for assistance and support.


CORE BLAST
Includes abdominal, oblique, upper and lower back strengthening exercises, to build a tight core.


CLASSICAL HATHA YOGA
A standardized system of postures, movement and breath.  Gives you basic framework for understanding the sequence of a yoga class.  Light spiritual flare.


EXPRESS FIT
Get a full body work out including strength and cardiovascular in under an hour.  Increase your lean muscle mass, this program speeds up your metabolism, burns fat and aids in weight loss and toning.


FAMILY ZUMBA®
The entire family can get a great workout together in this fun and inspiring class.


FITNESS YOGA
Build strength, improve flexibility and calm and focus your mind while performing lively and fluid yoga moves slightly different than traditional yoga.  Some yoga experience recommended.


INSANITY® (Ages 16+)
This workout is no walk in the park… Be ready to be soaked in sweat and work out hard with our certified Insanity Trainers. Build muscle and strip away fat working at your max capacity. Challenge yourself during this program to increase your fitness level, lose weight and build confidence.


KETTLEBELL
Get a great resistance and cardio workout that will challenge and strengthen you while learning the art of kettlebell.


KETTLEBELL PLUS

Utilize kettlebells and other equipment for a great total body workout.


MIXED LEVEL YOGA
This Yoga class enables people of all levels to feel comfortable to engage in yoga poses with a meditational flare.


MODIFIED CHAIR YOGA
Chair Yoga modified for those who find getting on and off the chair difficult.  A chair is used for assistance and support.  This class is a combination of yoga poses and meditation you will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.


MOSSA STRENGTH TRAIN TOGETHER
Strength and train together.  Group Power is a result of driven strength training workout utilizing an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight.


PILATES
A mat based class that focuses on strengthening your core muscles through disciplined movements and controlled breathing.


RAISE THE BAR
Take your fitness to a new level using body bars for a full body workout.


SPIN®
Improve your cardiovascular endurance by cycling. Instructors use a variety of music to create a ride that will keep you motivated and your heart pumping. Class sizes are limited; bikes are first come, first serve, tickets available 30 minutes prior to the start of each class at the Welcome Center.


SPIN® AND SCULPT 
An intense cardio workout followed by resistance training for toning.


20/20
Mix up your workout, sculpt, cycle, cardio and more.


VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Practice sun salutations while connecting breath with movement.  Wrap up the session with crystal bowl savasana.


YOGA
A stretching class which includes learning technical Yoga postures, breathing, and complete relaxation at the end of each session. Great for mind, body and soul.


YOGA / PILATES
Pilates and Yoga combined to build a strong core with the benefits of flexibility.


ZUMBA®
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Join the party.


ZUMBA® GOLD
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness created just for Active Adults who want to join the party on a softer note. Join the Party.


ZUMBA® STEP
Zumba® Step combines the awesome toning and strengthening of step aerobics with the fun fitness party of Zumba®.

AIKIDO (Ages 17+)

Learn self-defense and discipline. Use your opponent’s energy to gain control. Call Sam Walter ext. 209 for a FREE trial class.

Facility Member: $115 or $50 draft per month, Program Member: $170


GOLF FIT
Centered on a combination of golf basic instruction and golf fitness stations.  Each day will be centered on a specific theme: speed, power, balance and coordination.  Training will be based on a holistic approach to teaching golf.  50% Fitness 50% Instruction.
