Upon sucessful completion, all candidates will be certified with Pool and Waterfront Lifeguard, First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer. Valid for 2 years.

Learn to teach swim lessons with a strong emphasis on drowning prevention and water safety. This course is recommended by swim lesson providers.

AMERICAN RED CROSS BABYSITTERS’ TRAINING (Ages 11-15)
Learn decision making skills, first aid and basic care. Receive a babysitter’s handbook as well.

SWIM INC.
A non-profit volunteer organization that offers a free program for adults with muscular impairment from stroke, polio, MS, MD, arthritis or other causes. If you find it difficult or impossible to exercise on land, try this self-directed water exercise program.

WELLNESS COACHING
A program developed for beginner exercisers and those whose have not exercised for a while or want to develop good exercise behaviors. Wellness Coaching is a specially designed twelve-week program. You will learn how to set goals and exercise appropriately in a structured, non-intimidating environment.
Attend a workshop to learn more about the program and to decide if it is the right program for you.
