Personalized Fitness Training
We offer a wide variety of personal training packages for individuals at the YMCA or in the privacy of your house. Training is perfect for anyone at any age who is looking to increase their fitness level, learn proper exercise techniques, gain confidence, lose weight, post physical therapy, sports specific or gain a better balance of health and wellness.
Our certified trainers can train in various areas including strength, yoga, cycle, triathletes, cardiovascular, preparation for obstacle races and TRX.

There are two ways to train:
TRX ® Suspension Training®
Body weight exercise simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility, and core stability.
TRX Rip Training®
Variable resistance exercise is a multifaceted approach to strength and cardiovascular conditioning that challenges you in all three planes of motion every rep, every set, every workout. Equally adept as a rehab tool, a strength and conditioning tool, and a regenerative tool.
