June 6: The Art of Aging - Legacy - What Do We Want to Leave Behind?
Join us for our final session in this series, presented by Jewish Family & Children's Services.  How do you want to be remembered?  For your economic worth or for your kindness and your moral beliefs? A legacy is a long living, impactful memory that has left a positive effect on those you leave behind.

June 13: Heart Health - Presented by The Atrium of Wayne
Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. Learn about the different types of heart diseases, and what you can do to try to prevent them.

June 20: Healthy Eating with Natalie Nachef, Shoprite Dietician
Understand the difference between good fats and bad fats, and how to include more healthy fat in your diet.  Results include improved mood, elevated energy and well-being, and even weight loss.

June 27: The Wisdom of Maimonides - Part 2
Favorite presenter Emily Schuman poses an accessible introduction to the life and wisdom of the famous twelfth century philosopher-physician Moses Maimonides, whose prolific writings on medical and religious issues, commentaries on Jewish texts, and writings on Jewish ethics and law profoundly influenced Judaism.
