Youth Sports & Recreation Program

The Y offers a variety of opportunities for children to lead healthy lifestyles through fun and fitness.  Classes range from basketball and tennis, to archery and soccer.  There's so many ways to make new friends and stay safe in a supportive environment.  Click here for information on age policies in the gymnasium and fitness center.  Click here for a gymnasium schedule.

Youth and Teen Y Intensity class

Looking to improve your child's fitness level, increase speed, or improve functional movements in a fun environment?  The Y Intensity Center combines the social and motivational aspects of group training in a small group setting.  All classes are led by a nationally recognized certified personal trainer with expertise in sports specific exercise training.  The sessions include training with kettlebells, battle ropes, prowler sleds, TRX suspension trainers, dumbbells, kickboxing and much more.

Friday   4:30-5:30pm

Parent's Night Out (ages 4-12)

Drop off your school-age child at the Y and enjoy a night out.  Your child will enjoy a night of enrichment and fun.  Children will participate in gym time, free swim, arts and crafts, board games, and more while being supervised by our trained child care staff.
First Friday of the Month from 6:00-10:00pm
