Group Exercise Classes

FREE for Facility Members Only. Please register for classes. Schedule subject to change.

Aquacise

This enjoyable and invigorating water exercise class that includes stretching and flexibility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular exercises.  It is held in the shallow end of the pool, so no swimming ability is required.
Monday and Wednesday, 10:00am-11:00am

Aqua cardio

Looking for a cardio boost that isn’t rough on the joints/ This type of resistance and cardio training meets in the shallow end of the pool.
Tuesday 6:40pm-7:20pm

Balance and Conditioning

This class is designed to improve muscle tone, balance, coordination, core strength and flexibility. You will work your entire body and stretch body parts you never knew existed.
Thursday 6:30pm-7:25pm

Boot Camp Lite

Combines strength training, endurance, and flexibility all into one workout.  Specifically designed for the boot camp newbie where you will be supported in a positive team environment to take your fitness to the next level.
Tuesday & Thursday, 7:30-8:30am

Gentle Yoga

Learn simple yoga poses while improving your overall sense of body awareness, reducing stress, and refreshing the mind and spirit.  You are as young as you feel!
Tuesday, 9-9:45am

Kickboxing

For all levels, this class provides an intense cardiovascular workout using traditional kickboxing moves, promoting overall strength, flexibility, and endurance in this total body workout.
Tuesday 7:30pm-8:30pm

Salsa

This common Latin form of dance can help you get in shape.  All levels come together to enjoy dancing and having fun while burning calories.  Come learn some new dance moves!
Wednesday (All Levels), 7:30-8:30pm; Sunday (Beginners), 1:00-2:00pm; Sunday (All Levels), 2:00-3:00pm

S.M.I.L.E - Seniors Move in Light Exercise (Ages 62+)

A program of stretching and strengthening designed to keep the older adult fit and active.  Activities include walking, low-impact step aerobics, range of motion exercises, stretching, dynabands, dumbbells, and exercises designed to improve balance and coordination.  Specialty workouts such as Zumba and Yoga will be introduced during the class.
Monday-Friday, 10:00-11:00am; Class is open to Facility Members only. 

Yoga Traditional

Let us help you increase your core strength and flexibility during this relaxing workout.  Our traditional yoga class can help you relieve unwanted stress through meditation and simple yoga poses.
Thursday, 9-9:45am and 7:30-8:45pm; Saturday, 8:45-9:45am

Zumba

This high energy class is sure to help you tone and burn calories.  All levels are welcome, dance like no one is watching, move and groove to the music while you sweat, smile and laugh!
Monday, 7:00-8:00pm; Friday, 6:30-7:30pm
