WAYNE, NJ - The Wayne YMCA, a branch of the Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges, is announcing an agreement in principle for the sale of its Pike Drive facility to Wayne Township after successful negotiations with local officials. This agreement, subject to approval by the Township and YMCA Board of Directors, will mark the end of the Y’s nearly 15 years of dedicated service to the Wayne community.
