HARDYSTON, NJ - The Sussex County YMCA is excited to announce a significant boost to its community health initiatives with a $10,000 grant from the Newton Medical Center Community Advisory Board. This grant will support LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA, a free 12-week program designed to support adults looking to reclaim their health and well-being after a cancer diagnosis.
