June 20 - July 4

Burn 4000 calories in two weeks. Keep track of your progress through workout equipment, manually entry, or external apps such as RunKeeper.



Go for Gold! Medal Challenges

July 13 - August 31

Choose your medal Challenge for the last 7 weeks of summer

Bronze - 2 workouts per week for 14 workouts total

Silver - 3 workouts per week for 21 workouts total

Gold - 4 workouts per week for 28 workouts total
