All YMCA of Greater Bergen County Staff Are Screened Carefully
All YMCA of Greater Bergen County staff members are dedicated to ensuring your child has an exceptional summer camp experience. We carefully screen and select summer camp staff who are enthusiastic about working with kids. Many of our camp counselors are former campers themselves, so they have a unique understanding of what makes our camps so special. Pre-season training hones their skills in problem-solving, first aid, lifeguarding, boating, and many other relevant subjects. We also subject all staff to extensive background and reference checks for your child’s safety and well-being. Many members of our well-trained staff return year after year to help campers develop skills in athletics, art, and swimming, all while having fun, making new friends, and creating lifelong memories.
How Do I Register My Kids for Your Summer Camps?
The YMCA of Greater Bergen County makes it convenient to register your children for summer camp on our website. Just go to activenet.active.com/metroymcas and create an account.
