Our adult exercise classes and sports programs promote fitness and well-being, while fostering community. Make new friends, increase self-confidence, and improve your spiritual, mental and physical health.
Volleyball
Sundays 7:30-9:30pm.
$5/adults and $3/students

Zumba®
(Ages 18+)
Certified Zumba instructor, Dionne Scott, brings her energy and enthusiasm to Zumba®! This class will help you get in great shape, relieve stress, and burn calories - all while having a blast! The Zumba® program fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fitness program that will blow you away. Tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. All levels welcome, no need to be a good dancer to do this class.
Mondays and Wednesdays: 7:30 - 8:30pm, $20 for session (4 classes)
