Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ Members

As part of a new YMCA Gateway Family Membership program every Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield NJ member is eligible to receive a complimentary one-month membership at their local participating YMCA throughout New Jersey.

The Gateway Family Membership program is designed to provide families, who are new to the YMCA with a special promotion to expose them to the YMCA’s full array of services.

Families who are not, or have not been YMCA members in the past year, are qualified to receive the free one-month membership. At the end of the one-month complimentary period, families may choose without any obligation to convert to a full-family membership. Financial aid is available for those who qualify.
