Sports Conditioning

 

Improve athletic performance by improving speed, strength, and power through systematic training programs. Strength and Conditioning programs that focus on proper form and functional movement. This class will provide take home resources and enable participants to apply learned knowledge to their workout programs going forward.

Adult: Strength and Conditioning programs that coach explosiveness, plyometrics, and general athleticism. The focus of the class is on gym/strength and conditioning using battle ropes, box jumps, and serious athletic drills.


Speed/Agility and Strength/Conditioning Training

Improve athletic performance by improving speed, strength, and power through systematic training programs. This includes the opportunity
to train with our NEW VertiMax!Strength and Conditioning programs that focus on proper form and functional movement. This class will
provide take home resources and enable participants to apply learned knowledge to their workout programs going forward.

Ages 7-10
A focus on speed and agility drills and games but will also incorporate age appropriate body weight lifting. Teach children to take personal
responsibility for part of their conditioning process with take home exercises each week and fun interactive routines.
Wednesday 6:00-7:00pm or Thursday  4:30-5:30pm

Ages 11-14
Continue on with speed and agility drills, but will also begin to introduce weight lifting, HIIT and Plyometric drills.
Wednesday 6:00-7:00pm or Thursday  4:30-5:30pm

Ages 15-18
Speed and agility drills, body weight and weighted exercise, HIIT training and Plyometric all mixed into one class. Provides older children with
the tools they need to succeed athletically in or out of their specific sport season.
Tuesday or Thursday3:30-4:30pm
