Water Activities

PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
One on one instruction, suitable for adults or children.  Lessons move at your own pace, meeting your own needs.  Packages available.

 


Aqua Boot Camp (Ages 18+)
In the pool with Betty.  Take your water workout up a notch.  This high intensity aqua class will give you a whole body workout utilizing different water equipment in both the shallow and deep end of the pool.  Perform power exercises to increase your cardio, strength and endurance.
Fri 7:30 - 8:15am

Facility Member:  $86   Program Member:  $90 a month


ARTHRITIS AQUATIC EXERCISE
This water - based program is designed to improve flexibility, strength, mobility and physical fitness in people with arthritis and a variety of other conditions.
Please note:  All course participants must provide a signed participant form prior to starting the program.


CIRCLE SWIM
Lap swimmers at the YMCA cover all ability levels from recreational to Master's swimmers and triathletes.


DEEP WATER FITNESS
A deep water exercise class using aqua belts, noodles and hand bells, providing a challenging workout for all fitness levels.


OPEN SWIM
Open swim times are scheduled regularly throughout the week for our members and guests.  Open swim times are an excellent opportunity to practice swimming skills through water play.


WATER AEROBICS
Great way to get fit in a buoyant aquatic environment.  A balanced and varied workout - including cardiovascular endurance, toning and stretching.
