What Are Pop-Up Fitness Classes?
Pop-up fitness classes offer a refreshing twist to your regular workout routine. These are temporary classes held at Y facilities and focus on different themes, styles, or fitness trends. Join us to discover new workouts, meet like-minded individuals, and enjoy a fun, community-driven atmosphere!

Cycle/TRX Pop Up
Date: Thursday, April 24, 2025
Time: 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Join April for a dynamic duo workout which includes 30 minutes of Cycle and 30 minutes of TRX. This full-body workout combines cardiovascular training with strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability using TRX Suspension Training.
Pickle Fit: Strength & Speed for the Court
Date: Monday, May 19, 2025
Time: 5:30-6:30 p.m.
This class is designed to enhance the strength, speed, agility, endurance, and injury resilience of pickleball players. The focus is on improving movement efficiency, reaction time, and overall athleticism to dominate the court.
Beat the Machine Pop Up Challenge
Date: Tuesday, May 20, 2025
Time: 11:30-12:30 p.m.
Location: Sussex County Pickleball Center
Think you can rise above our robot? Join us for a fun pickleball contest to beat our TITAN Pickleball Machine! Return a series of difficult shots, serves and dinks to prove you can beat the machine! The winner of the contest will earn 30 minutes with the TITAN, focusing on whatever aspect of pickleball they desire.
