What Are Pop-Up Fitness Classes? 

Pop-up fitness classes offer a refreshing twist to your regular workout routine. These are temporary classes held at Y facilities and focus on different themes, styles, or fitness trends. Join us to discover new workouts, meet like-minded individuals, and enjoy a fun, community-driven atmosphere!

Members: $10

Join Jaimie for a this Halloween Hip Hop dance class that combines energetic moves with a spooky twist. Learn some hip hop choregraphy with Halloween themed music! Costumes welcome but not required.

Strength Meets Flow

Fitness & Yoga Pop Up Class

Join us for a powerful fusion of Vinyasa Yoga and Strength Training! Adrianna leads grounding breathwork, core activation, and mindful flow, while Carla guides you through strength-building segments using weights to target your upper and lower body. Experience a full-body challenge that blends mindfulness, functional movement, and strength.
