Expert advice, personalized training plans, and accountability are key components to achieving your goals. YMCA personal trainers offer all of this and more, committed to helping you meet your goals and live healthier. Your trainer will work with you to create a custom program, as unique as your goals.

Whether you’re just starting out, recovering from an injury or kicking your workout up a notch, we’re here to support you every step of the way with individualized instruction, motivation, and support.

Y Personal Training packages and monthly recurring draft plans are fully customizable. Your sessions could include cardiovascular training, strength machines, free-weight training, balance and stability, core training, sports training, functional fitness, and nutrition counseling.

As of July 2, we are again offering on-site personal training. These sessions will be held inside the YMCA in full accordance with CDC and public health guidelines.

Monthly Personal Training Package

(4x, 8x, or 12x per month, 30 or 60-minute sessions)

Reach your health and wellness goals with continuous, ongoing, scheduled workouts. Our ‘Continuous’ package takes the guesswork out of scheduling time for a workout and makes your appointment consistent. YMCA Membership is required to purchase. A Wellness Director approval is required before purchasing. Monthly rate is determined by the number of workouts per week.

Family group training is available.

What Should I Bring?

  • Please bring a mask with you.
  • Wear your workout clothes, locker rooms and bathrooms will not be available.
  • Bring your own towel and mat.
  • Bring a filled water bottle, drinking fountains will not be available.

What Should I Expect?

  • Social Distancing. The fitness center is designed to make it easy to sty 6 feet apart.
  • Temperature Checks. Please stay home if you are feeling sick or have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher.
  • Health Questionnaire. You will be required to answer 5 questions. If you answer yes to any of the questions, you will not be allowed to participate. See the questions.
