Guide to School Age Child Care

Full-day Kindergarten:

The full-day Kindergarten program follows the NJ Core Curriculum Content Standards and is led by certified teachers. We also offer Kindergarten Enrichment Program as an extension of the AM or PM kindergarten programs.

Half-day Kindergarten:

The Wayne YMCA Kindergarten Enrichment program is designed to stimulate the mind and spark the imagination with hands-on, exciting educational activities. The Y offers year-long classes in a variety of subject areas that complement what your child is learning in school. Our certified teachers encourage your child's curiosity by exploring new ideas and interesting concepts and provide opportunities in a social setting for children to broaden their knowledge base and increase their understanding of the world around them.
