The software we are currently using for online program registration has been retired, and our new and improved system will launch on Oct. 8. During this changeover period, online registration will not be available. Please check back on Oct. 10 to register for programs, or visit your local YMCA branch to register in person.

How do I print a receipt or statement for my flexible spending account (FSA)?

Starting with your September 2019 payments, you will be able to print receipts online by selecting the Tax and FSA Receipts link under the Account Activity section of your account. With just a few clicks you will be able to select the Tax Year, designated payer, and run your report to submit as proof of payment for your FSA.

How do I print my tax receipt?

How do I make a payment in advance?

Through your online account, you can make manual payments towards your Child Care tuition through the Pay on Account link under the Payment Details section of your account.

How do I update my payment information?

Through your online account, you can update payment information for your automatic weekly installments through the Change Auto-Charge Payments link under the Payment Details section of your account. Click the Receipt Number next to the payment plan to view what the Payment Plan is for.

How do I set up my automatic payments?

You are set up for automatic payments at the time of registration. The financial information you use for your first payment will be the information used to process payments for your weekly installments.

My child is a member of the Y. Will I receive a reduced rate?

If your child is a current member of a branch of the Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges, your membership is not yet active in our new system. After you have completed the full checkout process, please email onlinesupport@metroymcas.org to let us know. We will adjust your tuition to our Member rate ($3 less per installment) and your $6 overpayment for the installments due at the time of registration will be credited to your September 1 installment.

How do I access my account?

Families who do not have a child currently enrolled in a Before School or After School program will be able to create an account and register for the 2019-2020 school year starting on Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at 10am. After you create your account you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate it.
