Adult Programs

Our adult exercise classes and sports programs promote fitness and well-being, while fostering community. Make new friends, increase self-confidence, and improve your spiritual, mental and physical health. We offer easy drop-in programs where no membership is required for these Adult Classes.  Call our Welcome Center (973) 762-4145 for more information.

Zumba® (Ages 18+)

Certified Zumba instructor, Dionne Colonhigh, brings her energy and enthusiasm to Virtual Zumba®! This class will help you get in great shape, relieve stress, and burn calories - all while having a blast! The Zumba® program fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fitness program that will blow you away. Tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. All levels welcome, no need to be a good dancer to do this class.

Starting August 1

A Zoom link to the class will be sent out one hour prior to the start of class. 

Mondays: 7:30 - 8:30pm, $20 for session (4 classes)

Wednesdays: 7:30 - 8:30pm, $20 for session (4 classes)
