Family Time

Family Nights
This night is to help busy families reconnect and have fun together. Activities include swimming, hands-on projects, dancing, pizza and more.
Registration is required at the Welcome Center. FREE for Family Facility Members.

Theme: The Great Pumpkin Swim
Friday, October 25  6:30 - 8pm

Theme: YHOP - Pancake Breakfast
Saturday, December 7  9:30 - 11:30am


Family and Teen Circuits
A fun and healthy fitness class where the entire family or teens can participate.
Travel through a functional circuit, including the Queenax. Fun class for all fitness levels and abilities.

Fridays   6 - 6:45pm
Sundays  9-9:45pm


Open Yoga
A class that welcomes all participants ages.  A non-competitive and non-intimidating class that encourages all ages and families to practice yoga, good for mind, spirit and body.
Sundays  11-11:45am

NEW Adventure Guides
At the Y, we are dedicated to nurturing the potential of every child, as well as building strong families and communities.
Sussex County YMCA's Adventure Guides Program strengthens and supports
the bond between father and child. The program is designed for fathers to lead,
influence and teach their kids in grades K-3 to explore the world around them.
Join an Adventure Guides Circle and gather each month for a special
outing, activity or camp out.
Programs for Grades K-3:  Adventure Guides Boys - Father/Son
Adventure Guides Girls - Father/Daughter

• Deepening father/child relationships
