Learn what to do in a life threatening situations in and around water, rescue techniques, safety policies and responsibilities of becoming a future certified lifeguard.

Everyone Is Fit (Ages 15+)
A fun fitness class for developmentally disabled members designed to increase physical activity levels in a supportive, social environment.  Must be accompanied by an aide, if one is needed.
Two complimentary classes for Community Members.
All participants must register.

Jump Start into Weight Loss (Ages 18 +)

This 8 Week supportive program will consist of:

    One Specially Designed Fitness Class Per Week
    Nutrition Classes - 1 Group & 1 one-on-one for each participant
    Weekly Weigh Ins
    Coaching Support
    Fitness Prescription
    Program will help you create healthy lifestyle behaviors so you can reach and sustain your target weight goal.
Saturday 11:30am-12:30pm

Facility Member: $86 Program member: $90  Non-Member: $130

A trained lifestyle coach will help high risk individuals adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle to reduce the chances of developing Type 2 diabetes. Insurance may cover your expense.  A minimum of 5 participants are required to run the program.  Participants will receive a FREE Y membership for the time they are enrolled in the program.  Financial assistance is available for those who qualify.

A non-profit volunteer organization that offers a free program for adults with muscular impairment from stroke, polio, MS, MD, arthritis or other causes. If you find it difficult or impossible to exercise on land, try this self-directed water exercise program.

Swim Inc is held on Mondays 1:00-2:00pm, September - June.
Free - membership is not necessary, must register.

A program developed for beginner exercisers and those whose have not exercised for a while or want to develop good exercise behaviors. Wellness Coaching is a specially designed twelve-week program. You will learn how to set goals and exercise appropriately in a structured, non-intimidating environment.

Attend a workshop to learn more about the program and to decide if it is the right program for you:

We offer a wide variety of personal training packages for individuals or duets. Training is perfect for anyone at any age that is looking to increase their fitness level, learn proper exercise techniques, gain confidence, lose weight, post physical therapy, sports specific or gain a better balance of health and wellness. Our certified trainers can train in various areas including strength, cardiovascular, yoga, cycle, kickboxing, triathletes, preparation for obstacle races and TRX®.
