Personal Fitness Training

We offer a wide variety of personal training packages for individuals at the YMCA or in the privacy of your house. Training is perfect for anyone at any age who is looking to increase their fitness level, learn proper exercise techniques, gain confidence, lose weight, post physical therapy, sports specific or gain a better balance of health and wellness.

Our certified trainers can train in various areas including strength, yoga, cycle, triathletes, cardiovascular, preparation for obstacle races and TRX.

TRX Training®

For enhanced performance in sport and life.

There are two ways to train:

TRX ® Suspension Training®

Body weight exercise simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility, and core stability.

TRX Rip Training®

Variable resistance exercise is a multifaceted approach to strength and cardiovascular conditioning that challenges you in all three planes of motion every rep, every set, every workout. Equally adept as a rehab tool, a strength and conditioning tool, and a regenerative tool.

    FALL CONDITIONING (Oct 2 through Nov 20)
    Don't let the blues of summer ending get you down, pick up the pace with an invigorating fall program to kick off the fall/winter season with a new energy.  Fully functional workout utilizing the Queenax.  All fitness levels welcome.
    Meets 2x a week, Begins in October.
    Tues 6:30-7:30pm Activity Studio
    Wed 6:00-7:00pm Gym

WINTER RECONDITIONING (Jan 8 through Feb 27)
Life getting in the way from you getting and staying in peak shape.  Take yourself towards your personal best.  In this program you will utilize large muscle groups while conditioning your overall body.  This training program will consist of resistance training and cardiovascular fitness.  Maximize your functional benefits and gain flexibility, balance, coordination, range of motion, minimize injury, build fullbody strength and improve overall body composition.
Meets 2x a week, Begins in December.
