After School Program

Registration for the 2019-2020 school year begins on May 29 at 10:00am!

Pre-registration is required for the Wayne YMCA After School Program.  Our program offers transportation for students from the Wayne Public Schools and space is limited. Families can now set up their accounts and register to save their spot for next school year through the Y's new online software, ActiveNet.  Please follow these steps and read the attachments below to register for the After School program:

  1. Read through the Active Net FAQs on page 2
  2. Activate your account
  3. Register for 2019/2020 School Year (see registration attachment for steps)

To guarantee we have complete point of contact information for your family, we need you to enter your cell phone number when you are verifying your data in ActiveNet. Please include your cell phone number and the cell phone provider.  If you have any questions or concerns when registering please contact us 973-758-9622 or at email onlinesupport@metroymcas.org.

$50 Registration Fee (waived when registering before 8-31-19)

Registration Information


For children in Kindergarten through Eighth Grade.  The YMCA Afterschool Program is much more than a place for kids to run and play (although we do that too).  We focus on nurturing the potential of every child with homework help and STEAM activities, while providing parents peace of mind knowing their child is safe.
