Wellness Coaching

Whether you are a new exerciser looking to get started, or have not exercised in a while, our Wellness Coaching Program is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals.

Wellness Coaching Sessions:

  • Every Friday at 10:15am
  • Sign up for Workshops at the Y’s Welcome Center.
  • Non-members are also welcome to attend!

Our 8 Week Program Includes:

  • Learning how to set and achieve wellness goals
  • Getting support by certified wellness coaches
  • Learning exercise in a safe environment

Wellness Coaching Hours:

Monday through Friday from 9:00am-12:00pm.

Prerequisite: Participants must attend Information Workshop before participating in the Wellness Coaching Program.
