For campers entering Grades 7th to 10th

Teens in 7th-10th grade are learning to make decisions about the world on their own and need caring adults to provide guidance along the way. Each week of camp includes teen appropriate team-building exercises, games, crafts and community service projects as well as workshops and presentations including:

  • Sports Clinics- Soccer, Golf, Basketball
  • Bicycle/Skateboard Shows
  • Music Programs
  • S.T.E.A.M. workshops such as: Robotics & Chemistry Science
  • Art Education places such as: Painting, pottery classes, photography

It's going to be a summer filled with making new friends, getting out of comfort zones while trying new things.  Community Service is a big point this year, and I cannot wait for the summer to BEGIN!

The parent orientation dates are:

*The location will be at the West Essex YMCA.

*If you cannot make any of the dates, please schedule an appointment with me so we can go over the information given at the orientation.

*Teens are encouraged to come so if they have any questions, it will be answered!

"I was pleasantly surprised of all the great trips that they offered. The camp is well-planned and it was a relief to me as a working parent not leaving my child to hang out at home or at a friend's house but be with kids her own age having fun, socializing, and learning!" - Teen Adventure Camp parent.

"I had a blast!  The counselors were so cool and relatable. The trips were fun and I learned so much on each trip.  I can't wait to go back this summer!" - Teen Adventure Camper (8th grade)

"I made a lot of new friends. I was a little nervous not knowing anyone but the counselors and the other kids made me feel right at home. I enjoyed myself last year and am inviting some of my friends from school this summer." -Teen Adventure Camper (7th grade)
